Setting you straight...
'Bowed legs’ or 'Bow Leggedness' (also called ‘O’ shaped legs) are characterised by the outward bowing of the lower leg in relation to the thigh, giving the appearance of an archer’s bow . When someone has bow legs, the legs can curve out below the knee so that when standing up straight with their feet together, their knees don’t touch and they have a pronounced gap between the lower part of the legs.
